Virupaksha Movie Review

Virupaksha is a gripping and scary thriller that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats throughout the movie. The performances by Sai Dharam Tej and Samyuktha Menon are wonderful and engaging, and the supporting cast, especially Sunil, Rajeev Kanakala, Ajay, Brahmaji, and Sai Chand, also deliver impressive performances. The technical aspects of the movie, including the direction, cinematography, sound mixing, and background score, are top-notch and enhance the overall viewing experience.

Director Karthik Dandu has successfully created a suspenseful and mysterious atmosphere with his exceptional visualization and planning from the initial stages of production. The village and cave sets are built for the movie, which adds to the authenticity of the film. The night visuals are shot effectively, and the Rudravaram village has been created in an appealing manner by the art director.

The storyline and screenplay, written by Sukumar, are well thought out and keep the audience hooked until the end. The twists in the plot are impressive and keep the suspense going. However, the love track in the first half could have been trimmed down, as it slows down the pace of the film.

Overall, Virupaksha is a well-crafted thriller that is definitely worth a watch. With its engaging performances, sound design, cinematography, and suspenseful storyline, it is a movie that will keep the audience on the edge of their seats. It may not be perfect, but it is a hit and deserves a rating of 3.25/5.
